About Anne-Marie Zellers
Anne-Marie Zellers is a Licensed Professional Counselor Supervisor (LPC-S) specializing in women's and reproductive mental health, with more than twenty years of counseling experience across school-based mental health, private practice, and clinical supervision. She believes no woman should have to navigate a hard season on her own, and she works alongside physicians and other providers so that care stays coordinated and connected.
As both a therapist and a mother of four daughters, Anne-Marie knows how much of a woman's life goes unnamed and unsupported, from the strain of infertility and IVF to the sleeplessness of new motherhood, an ADHD diagnosis that arrives with no strategies attached, and the changes of perimenopause that no one warned her about. She works with clients navigating infertility and the path to parenthood, anxiety and stress, maternal mental health, ADHD in motherhood, grief and loss, relationship and family strain, and perimenopause and menopause.
Her approach draws on Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Internal Family Systems (IFS), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and EMDR, tailored to what each client needs, and is grounded in her Women's Mental Health certification, ADHD-CCSP training, and doctoral coursework in trauma and disaster response. Whether you are trying to become a mother, finding your footing after a diagnosis, or moving through a season you did not expect, Anne-Marie would be honored to walk alongside you.
