Jas is a Registered Social Worker with a Master's in Social Work and a deep commitment to women's mental health. Her extensive background includes working in hospital and community settings, encompassing inpatient mental health, perinatal care, and family support. She provides individual and couple counseling for a range of concerns, including anxiety, depression, grief, life transitions, parenting, and relationship challenges.
Jas's therapeutic approach is strength-based and humanistic, focused on helping clients connect with their emotions, navigate pain, and rebuild meaningful relationships. She aims to create a safe space where clients feel seen and heard, believing that healing begins when we bravely engage with our pain. Outside of her practice, Jas enjoys all things wellness, sunny days, and spending time outdoors with her family.
