The personal
What’s your favorite way to unwind after a long day? My kids love to ride their bikes/scooters in front of the house. I love sitting in my front yard and drinking a glass of wine and watching my 3 kids ride the bikes together.
What’s a small joy that never fails to make you smile? Babies belly laughing
What’s your go-to comfort show, podcast, or book? Love all things true crime! After a long day of mental health I love to unwind with murder mysteries LOL!
What’s a parenting mantra or quote you love? Parenting mantras: this is just what is happening right now and I'm going to love you through this (for my spirited and neurodivergent child)
Coffee order, tea ritual, or favorite snack? Coffee: black, unsweetened, iced coffee (I'm boring lol)!
If you had a whole afternoon to yourself, how would you spend it? Good run or gym session, then a pedicure and a mimosa with my sister or a friend!
