About Brooke Baker

Brooke Baker is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) with over 12 years of experience and a strong dedication to maternal mental health. Believing that every mother deserves a safe and supportive space for validation, she brings a deep passion to her work. Brooke's professional journey includes supporting survivors of violence, working with youth facing mental health challenges, and over a decade in school social work, partnering with children, adolescents, and families.

Her personal transition to motherhood profoundly shaped her understanding of mental health, identity, and societal expectations. Now a mother of three, Brooke focuses her practice on supporting mothers through all stages of their journey, addressing postpartum changes, identity shifts, and the complexities of balancing motherhood and life. Her compassionate and trauma-informed approach is rooted in the belief that healing occurs through connection, and she is honored to guide women in rediscovering themselves and building emotionally healthy lives for their families.

The Personal

What’s your favorite way to unwind after a long day? My kids love to ride their bikes/scooters in front of the house. I love sitting in my front yard and drinking a glass of wine and watching my 3 kids ride the bikes together.

What’s a small joy that never fails to make you smile? Babies belly laughing

What’s your go-to comfort show, podcast, or book? Love all things true crime! After a long day of mental health I love to unwind with murder mysteries LOL!

What’s a parenting mantra or quote you love? Parenting mantras: "This is just what is happening right now" and "I'm going to love you through this" (for my spirited and neurodivergent child)

Coffee order, tea ritual, or favorite snack? Coffee: black, unsweetened, iced coffee (I'm boring lol)!

If you had a whole afternoon to yourself, how would you spend it? Good run or gym session, then a pedicure and a mimosa with my sister or a friend!
