About this course

Returning to work after having a baby isn’t easy–it comes with a lot of emotional and mental labor. One of the biggest challenges for many families is deciding on childcare options after maternity leave. It can be hard to navigate the different choices and determining what’s right for you and your family.

In this course, we’re going to guide you through the decision making process and help you prepare for the transition to childcare, so you can worry less and enjoy the end of your maternity leave more.

WHAT YOU’LL LEARN:

  • Myths about attachment that are creating working mom guilt
  • How to determine what childcare option is right for you and your family
  • How to create a transition plan that reduces stress for you and your child
  • Ways to navigate preparing formula and/or pumping breastmilk for childcare
  • How to create a backup care plan to eliminate the last-minute scramble on sick days

Join me for this 7-lesson course and prepare a back to work childcare transition plan that reduces your mental load and sets you up for a smoother return to work!
