As moms, we often pick up an unfair burden of household labor starting in the postpartum period. We often assume that the load will even out when we return to work. But the reality is that without intentional planning, Mothers continue to shoulder the majority of the household labor even when they work full time or out earn their partners. . 

In this course, we’ll learn how to intentionally create a fair distribution of labor–both existing household chores and the new labor that comes with the return to work.
