About MOTHERWELL Yoga Classes

There are many branches of yoga. The most popular form is Hatha Yoga which is a beautiful ancient system dating back to 3,000 BC for achieving and maintaining a high level of physical, mental and emotional health.
The physical benefits of Hatha yoga include:

MOTHERWELL Yoga is for women in all stages of pregnancy and at all fitness levels.
With yoga, the approach is different from other exercise programs. First, you quiet the mind and focus on your breathing. Then you perform exercises slowly with rhythm and concentration. You hold positions for brief intervals while your mind is fully focused on what the body is feeling.
Yoga will give you the joyous physical experience in knowing and understanding your body from a new perspective. It also prepares you mentally and physically for the labor and delivery experience.
