| MOTHERWELL Instructor Training and
Certification Program packages are available through a turn-key licensure system and give
you everything you need to offer a successful, medically proven maternity health and
fitness program that follows the safety guidelines of the American College of
Obstetricians and Gynecologists.
All certification courses include
training an instructor, all training materials and camera-ready artwork for brochures and
posters.

Certification |
| MOTHERWELL offers a unique Train-The-Trainer
system. As a part of the MOTHERWELL Program Package, Instructor Trainers are trained for
each Licensee. The MOTHERWELL Instructor Trainer can then teach the MOTHERWELL program as
well as train additional instructors. Training includes all aspects of program management
including proven promotional strategies and camera-ready artwork for brochures and
posters. Instructor Certification for
MOTHERWELL Land Program is done either at MOTHERWELL Headquarters or through the MOTHERWELL Home

Water Fitness Certification |
| The MOTHERWELL Water Fitness Instructor
Certification includes training to teach the MOTHERWELL Water Fitness program as well as
all aspects of program management including proven promotional strategies and camera-ready
artwork. The MOTHERWELL Water Fitness
Instructor Certification Workshop is offered at MOTHERWELL Headquarters. Call

Shape Up With Baby Certification |
| Become certified to teach
new moms and their babies in the MOTHERWELL Shape Up With Baby classes.
At
the completion of the Instructor Training Workshop, the instructor will be
able to teach a safe and effective fitness program designed to meet the
special health & fitness needs of new moms with their babies.
Camera-ready artwork is available for promotional purposes as well as
student handouts that may be duplicated for class participants.
Instructors are also
certified to teach stroller exercises.

Up With Baby Instructor Certification Workshop is offered at MOTHERWELL

| Interest in Yoga is at an all time high. The
MOTHERWELL Yoga Instructor Certification gives you everything you need to offer a safe,
high quality Yoga program designed especially for the expectant woman.
Exercises and program components learned in the MOTHERWELL
Yoga Instructor Certification may also be incorporated into the MOTHERWELL Land, Water
Fitness and Shape Up With Baby classes.
